Below is the review I just submitted on Amazon. I omitted the problems that I recently encountered, and now I’m on the last day of my 1 year warranty! The problems are the left earbud is about 30% of the volume of the right earbud. I tried factory reset a couple of time with no resolution. Also, the right earbud battery doesn’t last as long as the left. I would greatly appreciate if you could replace my existing earbuds to resolve the issues I’m experiencing.
I have had these for 1 year and have thoroughly enjoyed them. They are well worth their price, which at the time I bought for $29.99, so at current price even a better value. Battery life is reasonable for their size. Other larger earbuds with bigger batteries fall out of my ears with minimal head motion, or just walking for a while. Sound is also fine, again keeping in mind the price point. Enjoy!

FIrst of all I love these earbuds, had them for over seven months now. The sound is crystal clear and the base is far above average. I’m also find the touch feature simple and straightforward. Unfortunately the left earbud began misbehaving this month (April, 2021 as I write this). I couldn’t increase the volume above a whisper. After resetting them a couple of times without success, I reached out to OKG via Amazon and OKG responded almost immediately. I received an apology for the inconvenience and a new pair of earbuds, including a new one year warranty to boot. 🙂
